YOGA MAT

This 1/3 inch yoga mat has been my favorite yoga mat so far! Not only is it comfortable regardless of whether I am stretching or doing weighted exercises, it also doesn’t lose its shape or get easily scratched like my previous yoga mat did.

DUMBBELLS

Depending on your fitness level, the weight of the dumbbells you want may vary. I went with two sets each of 5 lb, 10 lb, and 15 lb dumbbells which is light enough for me to do all of my routines from shoulder exercises to squats and triceps exercises.

RESISTANCE BANDS

Colorful and right at $10. this set of five resistance bands, different levels of resistance each, is the perfect addition for your at-home exercise routines.

JUMP ROPE

I wanted a simple, no-nonsense jumprope that I can get a sweat with but that was also cute and matched the rest of my vibrant exercise equipment. This purple jump rope was under $7., comes in different colors and is just right.

CONES

This 20-set round cones is perfect for all kinds of drills. I especially like them for help in building up my speed and agility and the kids also use it for soccer practice drills.

LADDER

This agility ladder is beyond good for footwork training and just like the cones also helps with agility. Even basic exercises like jumping jacks can be made more dynamic and intense by incorporating the agility ladder.

SWEET SWEAT WAIST TRIMMER

I love to sweat while I work out but unless I’m doing Bikram Yoga or something along those lines, I don’t tend to really sweat. I love that this Sweet Sweat waist trimmer not only makes me sweat around my waist but it also helps raise my body temperature, making me sweat more in general.

Eventually we may decide to do a bigger at-home gym but for now this works! You don’t always have to go big when it comes to making a space at home where you can workout for even 30 minutes a day. We just recently moved out of a NY apartment so trust me when I say that I know space is not always an option. The above gym equipment can easily be set up in any corner of your home or even stored under your bed and quickly pulled out to get your workout in!
